1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Armonai ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Armonai is a goal-tracking and personal planning application that helps you set goals, create plans with AI assistance (Armonio), organize your agenda, and share goals with others.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

5. Intellectual Property

Armonai and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us. You retain ownership of the goals and content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple. Subscription terms are governed by Apple's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armonai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
