Armonai ("we," "our," or "us") provides a goal-tracking and personal planning application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data for app functionality:

• Email address — For account creation and authentication
• User ID — To sync your goals and data across devices
• Device ID — For push notifications
• Purchase history — To manage your subscription (handled by Apple)
• Other user content — Goals, descriptions, shared data, and preferences you create in the app

We do not use your data for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Armonai service
• Sync your goals and agenda across your devices
• Send you push notifications (e.g., reminders)
• Process subscription payments through Apple
• Support AI features (e.g., Armonio plan generation) when you use them

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our retention policy.

5. Third Parties

We work with the following third parties:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Apple — App distribution, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchases
• Google (Gemini) — AI plan generation when you use Armonio

Each has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

You can delete your account from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
